“Branches”, acrylic and wax pastels on canvas, 35.4″X55.1″ (140X90 cm).

BECAUSE OF ITS FORMAT, THE ARTWORK WILL BE SENT ROLLED UP IN A TRANSPORT TUBE.
Painting slopes (rods) are not supplied. You will have to get close to a framer who will easily hold it on a frame.

This painting is a contemporary and imaginary interpretation of the floral universe. The natural elements are freely evoked in an abstract way: flowers, plants, branches.
A symphony of oranges, yellows and transparent greens, in harmony with coloured subtleties: opaque light green, soft spots of warm pink. An imaginary garden, a modern homage to Claude Monet, French impressionist painter. A dream of a garden, of flowering branches. The play between transparencies and opacities creates a strong impression of space.
Some graphics drawn with wax pastels animate certain areas. This brightly coloured piece is made with acrylic, in a gestural, spontaneous style. The touches of paint and strong contrasts create a colourful vibration, the glazes bring depth to the colours.
