Shipping costs are included in the displayed price of the artwork.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive, by email, an order confirmation, as well as an electronic receipt of your payment.
PAYPAL and CREDIT CARD
SECURE PAYMENT BY PAYPAL IS POSSIBLE EVEN IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND ONLY WANT TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD.
2 possibilities
You don’t have a Paypal account : no problem, you can pay your purchase by credit card very simply via Paypal without creating an account. No additional fees.
You already have a Paypal account : you will then have the choice to pay for your purchase through your Paypal account or directly by credit card.
Shipping and delivery
You will be informed, by email, of the day the parcel is sent and the estimated date of delivery. You will also receive, in this email, the tracking number for your parcel, as well as a link to the carrier’s website, so that you can track the progress of the shipping by the tracking system.
Delivery times are generally 10 days for France.
The artworks are packed with great care to withstand transport conditions.
For ecological reasons, I often make my parcels with solid recycled cardboard, double or triple corrugated.
My packaging is carefully crafted, reinforced with thick foamboard panels and, if necessary, with one or two plywood panels, depending on the size.
All artworks are protected by acid-free glassine paper and by a neutral transparent polypropylene film sealed to guarantee watertightness.
Very large canvases are sent unstretched on frames, rolled in a transport tube, protected with acid-free glassine paper and a sealed neutral transparent polypropylene film. These large works are first rolled around a narrower tube, the resulting cylinder is wrapped in foam film and slipped into the transport tube itself. Frame rods are not supplied. You will need to approach a framer who will stretch the canvas on a stretcher.
The packing categories (stretched or unstretched) are specified in the descriptive sheets of the artworks.
The artworks are sent by Colissimo, or by Colissimo International.
The artwork will be delivered to your home, against signature.
Return
If the parcel arrives damaged, you must refuse it. It will be returned to me and you will not have to pay the shipping costs for this return. You must expressly inform the carrier, take photos of the damaged parcel, send them to me and leave me a message on the Contact page so that I can make the necessary arrangements with the carrier.
If an artwork received does not correspond to what you wanted, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. In this case, you have 14 (fourteen) days to return it to me, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You will have to pay the shipping costs for this return.
In any case, transport problem, package lost by the carrier, or right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the totally amount paid for the artwork and its outward shipping costs included.
